I dropped my Talon and it hit the edge of a table. The the left side G-10 scale is now scuffed up and has tiny fiberglass splinters. I feel very uneasy having these little pricks digging into my fingers when I grip the knife. I'm worried that sandpapering could make matters worse. Can someone help with the fix for this problem. Thanks. :(

Sandpaper will take care of the problem, it will cut the loose fibers away. Hit it with some 220 grit and let the paper load with G-10 dust and when you are satisfied with the results, rub a little oil on it to match the colors back up.

Funny how things turn out. My unfounded fear is actually the solution. Thanks Rob, I respect your advice and will give it a go. :D
