Been wanting to make some G clips for a while for some of my knives. The stars must have lined up properly because I finally decided to make it. It is drilled for the same configuration as a small teklok. The main advantage is being able to clip my knife onto a waistband without having to wear a belt.

This sounds familiar...:D

Works great with mine. I have it set up somewhat like the first pic too, but with the LGP being angled slighty down and to the right. I had to pull the sheath at an upward angle slighly to properly set the second screw but otherwise, it works perfectly. No problems drawing in sweats.

Also, a quick compliment on the sheath for the LGP. It's secure, but not snug enough to impede the draw. Balanced just right.

I bought a Spyderco one before I picked up my LGP and it's worked very well for when I want to carry with no belt. Of course, a small and large Teklok actually work well for that too I later found out. They're more secure, but the G Clip most likely won't poke holes in my pants.

Something that I really like with Ban's above is that they don't have the extra length on the one side like the Spyderco ones do. I've found that this digs into my skin and makes the knife lay oddly in certain positions. I'm probably going to grind it off.

How are the ones you maid working out, Ban?

They are working out just fine. I have one attached to my Lagriffe Pikal.

Very nice work. I remember talking to you about this. I think some G-clip type attachments with tiny teeth along the bottom jaw (2-3 teeth maybe, nothing crazy) would be nice for people who like to carry FBs clinch-pick style wearing gym shorts. The spyderco g-clips, at least, seem to be prone to sliding a bit upon drawing.

That shouldn't be too hard. I might make a few for myself as well ;)
