There were two models of the Graphite Fillet.

The GF45 was called the Grafillet Littlemouth; 9-1/2" OAL with 4-1/2" blade; $23.95.
The GF65 was called the Grafillet Bigmouth 11-1/2" OAL with 6-1/2" blade; $25.95.
Prices from the 1985 Shortline catalog.

They appeared in the Shortline catalogs from 1983 through 1985, just 3 production years.

They did indeed have a graphite handle according to the catalog, thought I imagine it was graphite composite.
Graphite composite fishing rods were making a big splash about that time.
