This is #1 of 10 Prototypes of the Hawk's newest model they call 'Tangent'....

The Hawk's teamed up with Tom Ferry for some of his inimitable, finely detailed engraving. :cool:

I wasn't able to make the show in 'Vegas this weekend but was able to get in on the open bid for this one. :)

Hate to say it but I won't be able to tell you that until I get this thing in a couple of weeks, when Gavin gets back to his home base.

I've got a LINKS and a couple of Beetles and I think they're along the same lines/mechanism.

I really have no idea....only saw this picture. I think it's similar to the LINKS model they released at Blade this year with which they garnered Most Innovate Award.
 
Looks great, I really like the engraving, seems perfect for the shape. Hope you update us when it's in hand.
 
Those two gentlemen are in a league of their own. And of course Tom's engraving is unsurpassed. Congrats on a killer score, Dudley! :)
 
Gadzooks! Looking forward to reading your thoughts! I own Beetle too and sometimes wish it was a little larger for my maulers. Congratulations.
 
I've got the Beetle, Links and this latest Tangent.....I'll dig them out and get a group photo.

They are all similar but of different sizes and shapes.
