g-shock resin strap conversion kit

I have a DW5600E G-Shock and was reading about the resin strap conversion kits so a cloth strap can be used. However, the only place I have been able to find them is the UK (tiktox.com). Anyone know where they can be found in the U.S?

Also, anyone ever use one of these conversion kits, if so, how did you like it?
