It's a knife all right.
I don't know - tell us a bit more, friend. What do you want it to do? You cut lots of one specific kind of thing a lot, or have a lot of general tasks you want done, you want a nice boot-knife? VG-10 with very close to a "dagger" grind, not so acute but still seems a bit thicker. I know I can find a knife that is as tough or tougher, with a more useful grind, but useful for what?
If you already have it and are asking, you could do a lot worse to start. Hope this can help some since I don't know if you have it or are considering it
