...will I forsake thee! Got one for Christmas of 2010 and a year later traded it off for no other reason than wanting something new. Been looking for another since and just waiting for the right deal. Finally picked one up this week and am happy again. It's getting hard to find so I didn't want to wait much longer. I really like the extra stiffness the G10 provides and while some loathe the foliage green, the Marine in me likes it.
I also picked up a Chaparral which (to me) is the perfect Gent's knife, slim, attractive and light. I do have a common grip though as it is stiff as heck opening, closing and disengaging the lock. With no Boye dent it's all the worse as I have to use a combo of my thumb tip and nail which has resulted in a damaged nail big time. After owning several Delicas and Dragonflys I can truly say the dent is far more comfy. I'll take comfort over looks any day. Hopefully the Chappy breaks in sooner than later because it sure is sweet.
