Anybody use one of these. Any pics? I think it is a liner-lock instead of a lockback...any other differences from the regular Harpy?

Thanks,
Thom

Hiya Thom:
I had to reach into my front pocket to double check, but no, the G-10 Harpy is a traditional lever-lock minus the Boye dent. They were usually fitted with ATS-55 blades, but some early Harpys came with G-2 blades. My G-2 blade was also w/o steel liner on the clip side. The ATS-55 blade has the liner.

The G10 Harpy was my first EDC, and it would still be in my pocket if two of the clip screw-holes hadn't stripped out. They're great knives. I'll get myself another one someday soon.

Wanna sell yours? :D :)

I use my G-10 Harpy as my EWC(every week carry). I carry it in a neck sheath once a week when I do my "paper route" ie the early a.m. delivery of the Recycler. I use it when I pick up the papers to cut the bundles open and then when I am out on the road I have it around my neck for SD. The money I make on the route goes right back into my spydie collection, although it might be time for a RC plane.

I just accepted one in trade. I should have it by the weekend. Not sure if I like the blade shape, It may end up back on the trading block. I will let you know how I like it when it arrives.
