G10 more similar to Canvas or Linen Micarta?

with a bead blast, is G10 more similar to Canvas or Linen Micarta with reference to feel and grippiness?

imho some micarta (canvas or linen) seems more "grippy" than others so it seems to vary from brand to brand, but all in all imho the 3 are pretty close in that dept.

emerson customs micarta seem to me to be one of the gripper ones, bud nealys too.

That's a tough question to answer since we're talking about not only a different reinforcement material (linen and canvass vs. glass cloth sheets) but resin system too.
It's a different composite altogether.

But if we're talking gripiness, ofcourse it depends on how fine or rough the material was finished, but I will say it's more similar to linen micarta. It's pretty fine and slick. But again, it depends on how it was finished.
