G10 quality?

Is there a difference between Chinese g10 and american g10? I assume there is a quality difference between something like the byrd line g10 from spyderco and g10 on a paramilitary 2? I really dont have too much experience with g10 so i was just wondering? thanks!

Well, there is quality difference between cheaper knives with G10 and more expensive knives. A kershaw Skyline for example will have nice G10 but the texture isn't the best. A Spyderco Paramilitary 2 will have very nice grip to the G10. But you can also get G10 in different textures as well. I'm sure that if you were to just buy blanks of G10 and you got the cheapest one possible, then you were to go get a blank from a reputable deal then it it will probably be better quality.
