No, they probably won't be making one but they should ! C'mon Spyderco, soooo close to my perfect folder, and yet, so far... :(

But I agree, a G10 or a Carbon Fibre Scorpious would B great!
 
I'm afraid the best we can ever hope for would be a limited special run, but since it would involve some redesign and different materials, not to mention significant demand, I don't expect it to ever happen.
 
I bet someone could epoxy a thin layer of G10 onto the side of the knife. :)

This kind of "looks" like a G10 from a distance. It's really just tape.

You're right, there are several guys here who do Spydie modifications that I'm sure would have no trouble doing that for you if you wanted to. I just did an Endura II with som ecustom black/blue/turqoise micarta, and the Scorpious would be no idfferent in essence, though it would take a bit more work shaping it(still need to finish that up on the endura)
 
If any of you modify, please post a pic. I’d love to see the outcome! I don't know if Santa Fe Stoneworks has embellished any but you might peek in on their website and see. It would be jaw dropping with some dino bone or malachite.

For the record (sorry) we've no plans to offer the C87 Scorpius in a different handle material as of now.
