OK guys,I am almost ready to start on offering new handle sets for the BK&T series. I should have some pics in a few days. It has been an interesting process but I think the results are worth it. I don't have prices yet but I'm sure they won't break the bank. Talk to yall soon.:D
 
Very interested in seeing these. G-10 scales would be a welcome addition.
 
I am terrible but I just can't wait to share:) These still need to be sandblasted. I was planning on sandblasting them as a standard but my wife said I should polish some too. What do you guys think?
 
Never really had a problem with the
standard handle but G-10 mite be nice
How thick are they?
And please let me know when you get a price:cool:
 
Make mine BLASTED!! If ya get any of em done within the next couple of weeks I'd love to have my folks bring a set down to use working down here when they come and visit!

Great idea, Bill! Maybe make some out of the green and black or blue and black G-10 to give a smidge of color.
 
I'd go for blasted. Anybody that wanted to could sand them down if they thought the blasted finish was too rough for some reason.
I've been working on the handles on my PM and BK7 recently, and am pretty happy with the difference, but the 1/4" scales might fit my little mitts even better, so I'm still in:D
 
Excellent idea, Bill. Put me down for some for my Brute and Magnum Camp, if they're not too costly.:cool:

Edited to add: I'd prefer blasted as well.
 
Do they still fit in the sheaths ok?

Maybe you could make them very slighty oversize too so that a flush fit can be had?

OK here they are as blasted. Not too much change in the pic but they feel great:) Price is $55 shipping included. That gets you black sandblasted G10 with stainless screws. I don't stock many other materials so if you'd like any other color/material you will need to supply the material( Price will be modified for that).
