Well, seems like it has been a while since I got anything done and it has. But I haven't been slacking, just refining and tweaking. ;)

Here is what I have so far. Blade and bolsters are out of 204 layer single twist 1095 and 15N20 Damascus. Back bar is 1095 steel with a gun blued finish, liners are anodized 6Al-4V Titanium, and the scales are Thuya Burl.

She is still a bit "tight" so I need to figure out if I have to modify things, or if she is going to break in a bit with use. Other than having to replace the planned Damascus back bar with a high carbon steel one, every thing is going well.

Let me know what you think, good or bad, I want to hear it. TIA

Oh my, it is really fast :) . Beautiful and very functional looking folder. I wish I had one...

Thanks galadduin, I appreciate it.

Thanks to Matt Shade also for bringing to my attention the scratches in the handle. I just fixed those. I guess I need to work on my shop lighting. ;) Funny cause you really couldn't see them in real life, but I looked at the full sized images, and they looked like inter-state highways going through the scales.

Anyway, thanks again, I will have to take more pictures and update the post. I also got her tweaked up and the tightness in the bolster is gone. She is one smooth operater now.

 Man that is nice, any well heal gent would love that, the rest of us pore slobs will have to just drool over it! :p

It's great to see the knife "in the hand". I was under the impression that it was much larger. It really seems to snap.

concerning the pics in this post...are they the before or after pics?..I can't really see any scratches in the handle.
