gaah! i got the wrong knife....

i received my order from the knobganzaa, unfortunately i got the wrong knife! i got a email from amy saying i scored the SHSH variant 2A, but instead i received 3B, the Custom Fusion Steel Heart Variant with Red and Black G-10, this one even has serrations! dont get me wrong this is one beautiful knife, but i really wanted a straight handle. i sent a email to customer service with pics im sure they can straighten things out, hopefully they didnt send my knife to someone else here.......

That's a pretty sweet blade and not one of the ones pictured....I coudn't have let it go.
 
Please call the Busse Combat office at 419-923-6471 and ask for Amy
 
I would have used the hell out of it and thrown it at my log and done more stuff to it. Then I would have filmed it all. Then waited until the real owner talked about it.
 
Its mine, please send it to me.

WITH serrations!!! Suhweeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!! :eek::eek: :D I may have to place a phone call... :D:D :thumbup:

Ack, I suppose you'd cry if they hung you with a new rope. (Just kidding man, Amy and the crew take care of business and will get you set straight very soon.)

Yeah, I'm lucky if I get my own knives, let alone someone else's ;)

(just joking....come to think of it jokes like this are probably the reason I don't get my knives ;) )

I think some go USPS Priority, but every time I've ordered Amy has piled my stuff in her trunk and driven it do my house. She then knocks on my door and presents my new Infi. She then goes back to the car, gets a homemade cheesecake and brings it inside to demonstrate the Infi's cutting prowess. She has also brought in a check and refunds all of my money for said purchase. I then present her with a trash can full of Clark Bars and a case of Coors Light, at which time she sits on the floor and plays with my daughters while sharing tales of Infi adventures. She, of course, by this time has become best friends with my wife and promises us a personal tour of the Busse headquarters and a sample of each blade Jerry makes. Then she realizes she stayed too long, breaks out a black cell phone and gives our address to whoever answers on the other end, and in moments a black helicopter lands in the yard across the street from our house and Jack Bauer emerges to escort her back to Ohio. We promise to drive her car out to her in Wauseon.

Hey.....Sometimes things get a little hectic around the Busse Shop.....I look at like this...WE SHIPPED ALOT OF LOVE IN THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS....and will continue to ship tomorrow and start it all again on Monday....SO WE MADE A TEENY TINY MISTAKE.....hey we were all drunk:thumbup: :thumbup:


We will make it right but what the heck...we saw great pics!!!!

are you kidding me, im glad you sent me the wrong knife! it was awesome just handling it for a short time. but im drooling for that straight handled steel heart ;) thanks again amy
