Sorry, I really didn't want to start a whole thread. A while back there was a thread on RC-6 sheaths in general. It had some great pics of modifications to the standard RC/ESEE-6 sheath, specifically the addition of a belt loop. I've spent a good amount of time searching and I can't find it. Any help is appreciated!!

I made my 3rd or so sheath attempt tonight. I have a lot of respect for Shotgunner, this kydex crap sucks. I think I should just use a full 12x12" piece for each side of a pancake sheath and then cut it down. It's like every time the pieces don't line up just so and I'm not happy with the results. Ahhhhhhh! Sorry, somewhat on topic but mostly just a rant!

I've got something new, hope it will help
it was made for RC- 4 but the idea is the same:

I will say this, I got the clip plate, I do like It, but It's still riding kinda high for me. I believe I am going to order the other system. (MOLLE)
Yeppers the molle *BACK* will drop that down about 2 1/2-3 ins. I had mine riding to high, then got the ESEE molle *back* and WOW ..thats where a 6 should be. Go for it. enjoy edgy

I agree. I just can't justify the cost of a molle back right now. I've purchased a basic leather working kit from Tandy Leather (blow-out sale price) and the guy gave me some free veggie tanned scraps to play with. I'm going to attempt to build a belt loop for the sheath. I sorta messed with it today and I think it will work (and look) half decent.
