Howdy all.
Anybody here using the Galco SHUKA shoulder harness system?
I can't seem to find the dimensions anywhere.
 
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that most people here aren't strapping knives under their armpits. There is a practical tactical section of the forum that might have more answers.

Also, have you thought about contacting Galco directly to get their official measurements?

Yes, I have, but I'm not willing to give them all the information they require just to get a response to an email.
 
Just call them tomorrow. Or go fax them from a ups store if you're really concerned about them collecting info and then using it to market to you.

I have a homemade Mercharness style rig for a Street Bowie.
Need a rig for boar hunting with a Lonesome Pine Battle Bowie. Too heavy for the Mercharness style.

Let me introduce you to the telephone, a rather new and not widely known device. With it, you are able to communicate with someone else, say a customer service rep, without giving up your name and phone number that Galco requires when submitting a request. Not that you actually have to put real information in to begin with...:rolleyes:
 
This rigs primary pupose will be to carry a bowie to dispatch feral hogs.
I have back issues that may require me to start carrying my edc pistol off the belt also.
Looking at the Galco setup as its modular design seems well thought out and of good quality.
