Gallery Forum improvement?

There is another knife forum with a gallery sub-forum dedicated to posting pictures. It defaults to a thumbnail type page to list the threads. I find it a much better way to browse through, and I find a lot of great pics that way that I otherwise would have passed by. Sometimes the titles alone don't do justice to what's inside. Would it be possible to make the Gallery forum here the same way? I think it would build some traffic there and give it more life.

I don't know if it's feasible here but it would liven the place up.

Vb might have a module that would allow that, but given the nature of the recent upgrades Spark would have to research. I too would like that, would be a nice addition.

There's a piece of software out there called photopost that looks interesting, but I'm not sure how server intensive it is.

I was looking at that module last night, looks to be alright, but it will grab bandwidth (as much as it can get). Might increase load times for pages. :thumbdn:

That doesn't sound good. Maybe it can be set to show only the latest few posts.
