Recently I worked out a pattern for a Gallowglass axe. The prototype went over well enough that we are now producing them this year in higher numbers.

Here is the prototype

It is 12" along the edge. Comes blunted for stage combat use unless otherwise noted. Sharps are availble apon request for now extra fee.

We will also be offering fully chisseled and engraved versions of this later in the year.

Thanks for looking!

Im so glad to see some local knifemakers...I'm in Pasadena and have been looking for Md smiths for a while, i thought maybe knife shops had been made illegal here (like everything else). Thanks for keeping the trade alive :D

There are a few of us. Actually Maryland is known for their knife makers and we have quite a history of them here. You are welcome to stop by and check out the shop sometime. I should toss out some info about our hammer-in event in march(www.fireandbrimstone.com).

my older brother is very into medieval irish history, he'd love that!

Be sure to pass it along. From what I hear there isn't many other places that offer that model in production.

She's a big one.....Would like to see a photo when done....
