Spydie hole... it looks bizarre to me but the functionality of it is spot on. :thumbup:
Guess it's not a specific knife, but it changed a lot of things for me.
 
I'd say the Gerber hunters(1960s). Austempered M2 blades, unique and very functional
handle shape, and rough teflon coated handles....Unique and very practical
production knives.

Now we're rolling. How about the original Ka-Bar Fighting Knife and the Randall Model 1.
 
I'm gonna say Emerson cqc 7. I blame them for starting the tactical hard use frenzy :D. Still trying to find a new cqc 7 if they ever get them in stock...
 
I think the spyderco worker was the first knife with a hole for opening and first knife with a pocket clip. I think the pocket clip is brilliant in its simplicity and utility.
