Game Warden does well....

skinned and butchered an Axis doe with it this afternoon. After skinning and quartering we proceeded to cut it into peices to vaccum pack. Everything went really well, after I washed in soap and hot water, then cut 15 large potatoes into small chunks after peeling them and some carrots and celery. Making some axis stew for tomorrow. Still will shave me on most of the blade, just needs some TLC on the tip and all will be great. This maybe due to the fact that the edge was so steep when I got it, and I still haven't gotten it all one angle.

no $hit, i too would like to see an axle deer being cut up. last one i saw was under my car
