I have a chance to purchase what I'm told is a busse game warden. It looks legit, but there are no markings. Is there any way to be sure before tossing dough at it?

Okokok.... Turns out its a used skeleton warden. Did the logo wear off, or did someone likely strip it and recoat it? Is it weaker than a solid non skeletonized tang INFI knife?

I wouldn't worry about it being weaker than a non-skeletonized version. You're not going to break it.

That 'acid stonewash' finish looks very interesting. Would be nice to learn how it was done.

And congrats on the knife, seems like a good deal.

I sure hope so. Considering for the price of two of these I could pick up a bigger blade. But. I'm glad I got my foot in the door as inexpensively as I did.

Now, he stated that the blade is sterile... Does that mean anything to anyone?

Sterile means no markings, no logos.

Skelly Warden...interesting handle material....Acid etch with probably Ferric Chloride then tumbled...or the Ferric Chloride with stones in the gatorade bottle shaken not stirred....
