Ganja Wala and 12 inch Sirupati

Got a Ganja Wala and a 12 inch Sirupati today.

The Ganja Wala is pretty neat. The scabbard looks much better than the pictures I've seen. The Khuk itself is pretty decent. It is probably a shop 1 and it isn't quite up to BirGhorka quality but still a fine blade.
The wood handle is nice and fat. Feels real good in the hand.
The six little tools are quite interesting.
It will look real good on the wall, but I think I can use the blade and not worry about it being "too pretty". I think the scabbard and the tools alone make it worth the price.

The 12 inch Sirupati is a cute "little" Khuk.
The horn handle might be a tad small for my mitts, but it still feels good, and I can see why others have liked this model. It is made by Sanu and is real nice. I'm not quite sure what uses would be best for this one though. It is a welcome addition to my collection.

Some baby Sirupatis come with an attitude, some don't. I believe I brought 3 12" babies to the convention. Broken Arrow picked up one, and he stayed a nice guy. He picked up the second, and he stayed a nice guy. He picked up the third, and something happened. ( I think it was BA? ) Like his mouth stayed open, and all of a sudden he had fangs. He was dancing around doing some werewolf thing.
( I'm Tzn, BA! ).

BA wasn't the only one. Everyone who picked up the one with the attitude transformed and then took control back from the blade. Sounds like a Halloween campfire spooky story doesn't it? Ask someone who was there.
 
Oh, yes. Forgot.

The use for the baby Sirupati with the attitude? Ever see a Bauchop Alley Cat? Same thing: a killing knife, not a fighting or combat knife.

Anybody know of an underarm type rig for carrying one of these little brutes? Seems like a perfect size to carry like that. Something like handle down draw.

Or am I dreaming?

I would bet that Terry Sisco could fix you up an upside down rig.
Depending upon how much curve is in the blade would make a difference whether it would show under clothes if you want it for CCW depending on how big a guy you are. I think perhaps a catch for cho would hold it strong enough.

When I stick it under my arm, there is about 5 inches or better remaining to my beltline.

Seems like a formidible combo......
15 rounds on one side and 8 1/2 inches of cold steel on the other
