I just got back home, after taking my daughter to the dentist, and lo and behold, a package from "Busse" was waiting for me. Inside were two paper- and plastic-wrapped goody pods. I was thinking that only two of my Ganza knives were included, and that the other two would come later. Wrong. 1B and 7A were wrapped together, and the same for 5B and 7D.
The blade thickness of 1B and 7A seem to be 0.27 inches, as expected. The handles on 1B, though, are massively thick!
I was planning to spend most of the day continuing to write "CJKV Information Processing" Second Edition (I kick-started this last night, starting with Chapter 3, which is one of the two core chapters of the book), but taking some snapshots of these beauties clearly has higher priority.
I will have a quick lunch, get some much-needed alcohol into my system to get the creative juices flowing, then take some photos...
