Do you request the knives you want in order from each page or the knives you want in order from all the pages combined.

You submit one overall request. Just make sure to put down the number(s) of the particular knife or knives that you want, in the order that you want them. Also, send one copy of the email to Jerry and another copy to Garth. Have em all typed and ready to go, then when you see Jerry post a thread saying GO! GO! GO!, then send them off.
