Ganzaa disappointment, is it possible?

Got 2 of my 3 Ganzaa blades today. Basic 8 and Flying Mofo. I wasn't ever overly excited about the Basic 8-really I bought because I was sick of hearing about the thing. I was very excited about the Flying Mojo but now that it's here, I'm not to sure about the decision. It seems very "underhandled" to me. The scales are very thin-almost an "ergo" configuration. It just isn't nearly as badass in my hand as it was in the picture. My plan was to immediately send it off to have a sheath made for it but now I just don't know. I'll have to play with it a few days to see if I keep it. Has anyone else gotten the Mofo? What are your thoughts?

I wish someone would post the same about the MOABolo, because I am really regretting not getting one. It would lessen the pain.

I have a MOJO coming Friday I think..... I wished that I had picked up one of those Jerry.

Post up some pics so I can see what I'm missing! Maybe I'll snag it if you don't beat on it too hard.
 
No regrets, just put it up for sale at a fair price, and someone else will enjoy it.
 
Sometimes it happens. I wanted to love the ASHBM and buy like ten of them but it wasn't meant to be.

Yup, just list it and reuse the money for one you DO like! Thats what makes it nice, your really not out any $ except maybe a little shipping but beats being stuck w a knife you dont like.
 
It happens ! I didn't like my MOFBM so I'm trading it. Trade it or sell it and you'll be fine.
 
I got my MOFO crusader couple of days ago and can't stop fondling it.
The ergonomics of the handle are incredible and the balance is awesome.
I like it so much I called Lexi to put me on the list for a second one if someone backs out.
I also disagree about the scales, mine at least are the thickest scales of all my BUSSEs they are almost as thick as the stock.
I think for the handle the issue could be that maybe it would fit differently depending on hand size. I am large to XL glove size and it couldn't fit more perfect.

The Basic 8 on the other hand was a little bit of a disappointment for me. From the Ganza pictures it looked like the tip was more aggressive than it actually is, it is a little too round for me and the one that I got is not perfectly symmetrical, one side is just a little more ground than the other, very hard to notice, not sure if it was done on purpose or not. It does handle great though and the balance is great too.
