Ganzo G739CF & G741CF: find out if they use real carbon fiber

good knives for price,i had few,but theyre generally beaters....its just that theyre mostly heavy,and while resemble some more popular knives theyre few steps lower.i like small sanrenmu and enlan knives better,gave away all ganzos.the steel they use is good,on par with vg10 from spyderco!

They use a layer or two of carbon over a g10 base (or something like g10 at least), probably to make the machining easier as carbon has a tendency to chip out when doing detail work.It was probably not done as cost cutting as carbon fiber stock is pretty common these days, vs that specific layup stack for those handles.. Peel ply is completely different, despite the misinformation others are posting in your comments.
