I dont think it has a name yet, but I'm going to call it the Ganzo Raptilian.

Have a good weekend.

Aside from intellectual property issues , best left to the proper authorities because it is a legal definition matter , Ganzo products are OK for the price , IMO .

That is really the main problem .

If Ganzo was actually total crap , no-one would be troubled or worried .

Forget that. With your way of thinking the little guy has no chance. The big corporations could just steal whatever they want from a small time knife maker with no repercussions, knowing the knife maker likely doesn't have the money to deal with years of litigation.

Instead I'll vote with my wallet and talk trash about the thieves every chance I get.

How is Ganzo hurting them ?
Where did I say that?

You said that you think that intellectual property issues are best left to the proper authorities because it is a legal definition matter.

I said I disagreed because if we did that, it would allow large corporations to steal from a small business who doesn't have the means to fund a long court battle. Instead, I said I would vote with my wallet and call out theft when I see it.

I'm not going to go round and round with you. We all get that you're a clone apologist.

Nope !

Counterfeits rip off the consumer . And are always illegal and should be stopped from sale , IMO . I've never said otherwise .

But knives that may appear copied but are not misleadingly labeled with a brand name are not necessarily violating any IP law . That is for courts and governing authority to decide .

I don't condone or apologize for any illegal activity and I never have !

/sigh

Please look up the definition of "apologist."

Going to bed now.

The Ontario Rat 1 and 2 are two of the most counterfeited models.

Of course the fake ones (those who are falsely Ontario branded) are of much lower quality than the original.
