It may not mean much to you old ebay hounds but I just completed my first ebay knife buying experience. Lost my virginity, so to speak. Picked up a little Gary Crowder slipjoint, never used. I had seen some like this one years ago so I am guessing it is one of his earlier knives. Black micarta, swedge, probably ATS-34, about 3 1/2", half stops, the bolsters and liners are integral, liners are file worked all the way around. Pretty good deal too, I think.

Funny that at this time you took a first step with buying on ebay. I just bought my first hand-gussied up production knife, also on ebay that came in the mail today. I just finished posting about it.

Seems like some good firsts in Texas this week!
