I saw a couple threads back in May of this year that showed a couple of Neil Blackwoods knives in ways that I was especially impressed with.

So, if you please, would you post a link to an image or an image of your Blackwood Knife?

It looks as if I am going to be purchasing one and would like to get it right.

He has lots of very nice pics there.

Gentlemen,

I have perused the site a number of times, but if my memory serves me, there are images floating about that are not on the site. And it is a couple of those images that I seek.

Neil has a lot of pictures that are not on his website. If you drop him an email with some ideal of what you are looking for he might be able to send you some shots.

Let us know what you decide on MDP.

I have his small neck tanto, the one with the cord wrap over anodized ti, and have Paypal'd Neil a small deposit for another knife, but I haven't decided on the model yet......

Yea, the Hawksbill Richard just posted in reference to is a definite possibility.

Hey MDP,
I think the "Small Tactical" on Neil's site is the very same knife that Neil made for me, talonite and all. I have no other images of it.
I'm still very happy with it. If there is anything to cricize then maybe it's that the talonite makes it a bit on the heavy side for neck carry, but frankly, I don't mind that at all and I like the heft when it's in my hand.
I'd be very interested in knowing what you pick and how it works out. Myself, if I were ordering one now I might ask for Stellite 6k. Kit Carson, and some others here, have convinced me it may be superior to Talonite. I wonder if Neil has any on hand?

Sorry Eye, I've yet to pick up one of his works, Maxon has though and has some very nice images of them....(can't own everything, the wife will get supsicious!)

Guys, I really appreciate the kind words!!
If I had more time, it would be spent updating my website. Between now and the holidays I'll have my nose to the grinding belt. I not only have a BUNCH of older pictures that HAVE been on the site, I have NEW ones that I haven't had time to put on the site!!!!! This is one I've been wanting to show off for a while:

It's a "heavy duty" version of my Medium Tactical in 3/16" A2, one tough SOB!!
I will be GLAD to Email pictures that aren't on the website to anyone that wants to see them. Until I get better with MS Frontpage, I'll be using Photopoint in addition to my website to provide access to my knife pictures. As soon as I upload more pictures to it, I'll put the link on my signature line!!!! I think what it boils down to...I need a secretary that will work for free and is an HTML wiz

Young and HOT with some metallurgy knowledge would be a plus
