Lifter (Dave) has been making leather sheaths lately. He has had some corrospondence with Gary and Gary has helped him a lot. I don't have one of the sheaths (yet) but they pictures look outstanding. Dave is a great guy. I met numerous times at the NYKS ans ECCKS. I plan to get together with him next week sometime to learn a few sheathmaking tips. He does makes a very nice sturdy sheath. I was very impressed with what I saw. His correct email address is Lifter4Him1@aol.com.
 
Manwe, bad form to edit out your question when you got your answer. Threads like these will be read by many people in the future as reference. We do not delete or edit content out of threads here.
 
Lifter is currently making me a horizontal belt sheath for my large Classic Sebenza. He has kept in touch every step of the way and verified my instructions again just to make sure he had everything correct. Dave is a GREAT guy to deal with and I can't wait to see the finished product. BTW I am having it made for the large Classic that has brown leather inlays so it should look sharp when complete.
 
Gary is back and making sheaths again. He is currently working off the backlog of orders, but is taking new orders if you are willing to wait for him to finish up the backlog. I recently ordered from him.
 
Missed this thread altogether, but yep I'm back into it again, do have a backlog of patient people waiting for my email to confirm if they are still interested in having a sheath made...

Thanks guys for posting info for me, you're a good bunch and appreciate all of you, except for that Kodiak PA guy, something about the way he walks since he broke his butt...:D I keep missing you on AOL IM...
