Gary Little is a knife maker who lives on the Oregon coast he's been making knive's for about 20 years.
I've just started buying some of his knives and was wondering if any other forumites are familiar with his work.
I've only seen one of his knives on the resale market.

thanks

I had a really nice Gary Little bowie that I sold to Tom Carey. Contact him to see if he still has it.

I may be mistaken, but it seems like around a year ago, there was an article in "Blade" or "Knives Illustrated" about a heating & cooling contractor who was searching for the perfect work knife. He worked out a design with Gary for a small damascus fixed blade. The knife was used for daily work tasks; cutting insulation, sheetmetal, reaming copper, etc. The author went on to say that it held up great and he had found his ideal knife at last. If a knife can perform that well when subjected to what is obviously hard use, I would say that he makes a pretty decent knife! Price was not mentioned but it could not have been too bad, it was purchased for work purposes.

Ever since I saw that article I have wondered about the price for the knife. Any guesses what they sell for?
