gas inlet flow meter

Does anyone use inert gas with an inlet flow meter on thier ovens?
I see Paragon has this as an option on thier ovens, I am using an evenheat with foil to prevent alot of decarb.
How does the gas work for you guys in comparison to foil?
What about foil and gas?

I have that option on my Paragon. Tried it, didn't like it & went back to using SS foil. Just my opinion - wish I had saved the $200 option.
