Gathering and Preparing Stinging Nettles

Hey guys, the other day myself and Mingo (my plant expert) headed out into the woods to gathering and preparing stinging nettles (Urtica dioica) and cook it up. She goes over identification, handling, and other uses of the plant (medicine and cordage).

Thanks, I did not know stinging nettles were edible. I always avoid them. Mingo is a very knowledgeable gal.
