For all those that were lucky enough to visit Graceland......

1. What knives did you carry? Pics are a plus.

2. Was it weird calling people by their real names or did you converse via BladeForums names? I.e. moose, thrill, guyon, murph, etc.

3. How much snark was there? I mean was it over the top?

4. what one thing from the gathering will you always remember?

5. What from the gathering do you wish you remembered.

Oh, man.

I carried my 16 til it broke. Then I carried the 17.

My 0561 was in my pocket the whole time. And my SigSauer Mosquito.

I get called Moose by everyone, on or off the forums. I stuck to the BFC names, it was much easier and more fun.

Snark? Yeah, there was snark.

The one thing I will remember? Psyop and Gmoneyluv and the rest of my Midnight Riders, I'd fight hell with a water hose for those guys.

I may share the story, or someone else might. Or, it might be one of those stories that just stays with us all.

No pics to put up yet but I guess we can try to answer some of your questions:

1. While there I carried and used a BK17 and a BK11

2. There was a mixture of name calling. It seemed as though if we couldn't remember the others real name then the forum name was used.

3. There was quite a bit of snark but not too much.

4. The one thing that I will always remember can't really be talked about because it isn't past the statute of limitations in TN.

5. LOTS!

1. 15

2. It's hard enough to remember one set of names much less two. I gave up and did my best with forum names.

3. Bout the usual.

4. I do not recall. (I swore to Vegas rules. But there are some things I ain't joking about no more.)

5. I do not recall.

1. Thurs BK10 and 11, Fri BK9 and Busse B4, Sat BK9 and BK17.

2. Mixture but I mostly got called PSY or Psyop.

3. It was sort of like Becker chat large amounts of snark Ethan may seem laid back but he can snark with the best of them!

4. There were some legendary shenanigans

5. Wish I had a camera that wasnt broken :(

1. Mostly, a Machax, and a 17. Around mealtime, a 5, or one of those oh so sweet kitchen knife protos.

2. To me, I use Forum name if I can't remember their real one (which is real hard for me), Moose is still Moose, though.

3. I'd say that it's more or less the same level of snark as here, but a different brand.

4. The top shot contest was a lot of that humiliating kind of fun.

5. A few of the stories shared, that I've forgotten.

Well I was one of the noobs, but I'll take a crack at your questions.

1.} Carried a few of my own pieces Gasp! I know I know. What do you expect. I'm a knifemaker. I was however so impressed with mooses demonstration with the bk 9 that I will be ordering one as soon as my finances recover from taking the trip. (Don't be so hard on yourself moose. The class was great!)

2. I pretty much didn't know anybody so forum names made stuff pretty easy.

3.I'm not exactly sure what snark is, but I'm sure there was plenty of it!

4.the endless amount of knowledge over various topics.

5.there was something I wish I would of remembered but I forgot what it was!

A few of my wares that were in attendance:

Ethan

1. I carried my ZT pocket knife, BK14, M-18 & little patch knife.

2. It wasn't really weird calling people by their real names I'm usually talking to a few of them fairly frequently anyway. Moose is still Moose, Biscuit is still Biscuit.

3. Dude, non-stop Snark.

4. I'll always remember Ethan's hospitality & the debut of the M-18 & Beckernet.

5. Hmm, probably all the great sig worthy lines!

1. What knives did you carry?
my BK11.5, and either the 15 or 16, depending on the day. plus a few other folders.

2. Was it weird calling people by their real names or did you converse via BladeForums names? I.e. moose, thrill, guyon, murph, etc.
the people are weird enough - I just know not to call them late for dinner.

3. How much snark was there? I mean was it over the top?
"over" -- for snark? um...
There were shenannigans -- that's all I'm saying

4. what one thing from the gathering will you always remember?
Ethan's smile -- and Hawk's giggle.

5. What from the gathering do you wish you remembered.
the recipes.

1. What knives did you carry?

At first, a FPR BK16, then after the boss gave me a FFG and Moose let me mess with his 16, I carried one of those. I have been converted.

2. Was it weird calling people by their real names or did you converse via BladeForums names?

I didn't remember a lot of their actual names, and sadly most didn't answer to their BF names. Yet...

3. How much snark was there? I mean was it over the top?

There was a good amount of snark.

4. What one thing from the gathering will you always remember?

One thing? Good lord, I couldn't recount all of them if we had a month full of Sundays. What I think will always stick out to me though is right before I left, I went to shake the Boss's hand, and he pulled me in for a hug. That was pretty damn cool of him. Watching my brother in the top shot competition was pretty sweet as well. Especially when he won.

5. What from the gathering do you wish you remembered?

Thankfully I didn't get that inebriated, so I remember everything I was around for.

All in all, it was a great time. Had we had Sam and the Trades, it would have been complete, but as it was, it was a damn fine time. Todd has a sense of humor very much akin to Trade, and delivered some lines that had me in stitches. Turns out he can also craft a heck of a knife. He had a couple of tweener sized blades that I would certainly not mind owning. That orange and black number was quite nice. The top one here:

The top shot competition was cool as heck though. My favorite part was at the end. They had to vote off either my brother Jack or Tankerwolf. Tankerwolf had brought his own 10/22, so several people figured that was the way to go. Turns out they had missed me mentioning that Jack was a sniper a few times. They get the guns, get down to shoot, and while I was watching you see Jack fire once, then after a few seconds another time, nothing happening, then after a brief moment, three shots in rapid succession that obliterated the suckers they were aiming for. It was cool as heck. The prize he got was pretty damn sweet too.

1. What knives did you carry? I always had my 14 and 17 on me. Sometimes I would augment that with my family 10 or the kitchen knives. Those suckered and even gonna be REAL nice.

2. Was it weird calling people by their real names or did you converse via BladeForums names? I.e. moose, thrill, guyon, murph, etc.
It depended but it all worked out in the end.
3. How much snark was there? I mean was it over the top?
A LOT. And shenanigans too.

4. what one thing from the gathering will you always remember?
Cooking with Ethan, Derek, pointy and Jon.
5. What from the gathering do you wish you remembered?
If I knew that I wild remember it.
