Gato with laundry hones

Okay, can I use the lansky hones on a Gato clamp? And what are the six angles of the gate clamp? Would it be worth it?

No reason you can't use your Lansky hones on the Gatco or other clamps. The pic below shows the Gatco clamp's angle markings at 11/15/19/22/25/30 degrees per side (clamp is shown on optional holder). But keep in mind, the marked settings on any of these clamped setups are only approximations, and will vary widely depending on the size/width of blades and their positioning in the clamp. And using different-brand hones in the clamp will introduce more discrepancy, as the operating plane of the hones will be different, due to height offset differences between the hone and the guide rod.
