well bucksway and I spent the day yesterday at the Gatorland knife show in Lakeland fl.
I was not going to attend due to getting married soon and the many things needing to be done for that
and that all my knives were locked in storage... with a missing key...
but they called me and said the bcci folks were not attending and had not paid for the tables
and so would I want their tables?
( normanly I pay for my own tables )
so heck with finding lost keys used grinder to cut lock
got them in the house and then truck

me and bucksway had a really nice time there!
BCCI's G Merritt was there with a sale table as was a new fellow I had not met
Bucksway and I set out 3 tables and looked around..
he found a 425 for 6$
I found a 500 for 30$
and a factory sales man's " Blade production progress sample board" !!!
then when I was walking around bro called me to get back to tables now
a Toyoda Truck gold etch knife showed up for sale !
after a few words it went in the case next to the Chevy Truck gold etch..
I took some pictures but phone is charging now so will post them later !

next is blade show!
more later

What fun for all of us (the two of you, attendees and folks at home).

Three tables! Massive display. Lots to transport, care for, explain and display.

Congratulations on the finds and I'm eager to see and hear about your experience. Thank you 110.

Well shoot, I've been meaning to check when that was coming back around. Hate I missed it.

well folks
bad luck has hit me once again...
the phone I used to take pictures ... went dead and when I tried to take the sim card out
some how I erased it ... so I have no pictures of the show ....
will post in the Sunday picture show the things I bought
.. on that storage lock issue .. I found the better the lock the harder it is to cut off!!

trade off I guess... that lock was not cheep and thinking I should get another one like it
it was one of those round ones with sliding bar.. not a shackle ...
I highly recommend one of those over a shackle lock now ...
no way a theft could have done it quicker except with cutting torch and then the door materials would have been toasted. any way will close this thread ...
sorry on the pictures ....
