Gave my Salvo a workout tonight

No Shit, There I was.......At a little get together where the host had spent the entire day roasting an 80 pound pig. They attempted cutting up the pig with the only two carving knives they owned and neither would even break the skin they were so dull. I stepped up and whipped out my Kershaw and 30 minutes later everyone was enjoying delicious roast pork. Lots of funny looks from people and questions about what kind of knife I was using that could do that. I told them all a small sharp knife beats a big dull one any day. Edge is still in decent shape. Damn looks good! :thumbup: I've been in that position before, everyone always asks me why I need to carry a knife, and in the end, they always come to me to get something cut.
