So I just now noticed I am at 501 posts, this being #502.
Since joining this forum I have had an overall great experience with the community here, and the wealth of knowledge and generosity shared is awe inspiring.
That said, and now myself the winner of a flash GAW as well, I want to give something back, and with a 500 post milestone as well as my favorite holiday, the 4th of July, right around the corner, it seemed a perfect fit to make this happen.
To enter, post a comment with "entry" followed by what you love most about the summer, or your favorite summer time memory.
Restrictions are: at least 300 posts yourself, one entry per person, and a U.S. address (all 50 states incl.).
-Sorry Canadians (and others), but the 4th is our day...
Winner will be selected at no specific time on the tues. The 30th.
Prizes will include 3 Knives; Red, White, and Blue themed in honor of Independence day and all who've made it possible.
Red and White will remain undisclosed surprises until delivery.
As for Blue, here's the one spoiler;
Blue and Gold sparkled (like fireworks) Schrade Lady Leg
It's no secret I love little lady legs. They are great little cheap but handy blades and bottle openers, and great little conversation starters... I carry one just like this one quite regularly, and since I have a few, including more in this exact design, it was only appropriate to give one away if I'm giving away anything. The 440c blades are shaving sharp! (I checked), and all 3 Knives will be (L)NIB...
Boxes might be a little boogered up seeing as I opened each one to check out the product, but aside from initial inspection, none were used to cut anything save a few hairs on my arm...
