Our hobby is quickly becoming dominated by online sales. Sure we still love to go to the gun/knife shows or brick & mortar stores; but by an increasing percentage we are looking online for our information and our knives. For some time now I have looked at available reviews before making my decision to pull the trigger on nearly everything I buy. My customers have also been reporting that a lot of what made their mind up to buy or pass was found in the review from other real-world customers.
So.... We have done this before, but I would like to do it again.
Go to CollectorKnives and find a specific knife that you own or have owned and leave a review, under the "Reviews" tab for that knife. Make it something that will be useful to the next person that comes along. Optionally, post in this thread which knife you left a review on and I will random draw from the actual new reviews each Wednesday night for a $75 store credit. No limit on the reviews you post, but please post pertinent and personal opinions/experience. It matters not where you purchased the knife, as long as it is essentially the same knife you offer your thoughts on. The drawing may be one week or many weeks, we shall see.
9/24: First week winner is Jon Osterhoudt. Let's do it again - enter your knife reviews between now and 10/1/14!!!
10/2: OK, many thanks for all the help. Let me take a break to get some other stuff out of the way and we will do this again soon....
