GAW Round 8! - WINNER!

Hello folks,

This is Round 8 of a creative GAW/Passaround/TravelingSwapMeet started by mrknife back in July.

I've copied, pasted and edited much of what's been already posted.


Anyone who entered Round 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 and didn't win) is automatically entered in this round without having to re-post (unless you went missing from the list... ). They are listed below with their numbers for the random drawing. New entries will be added as needed.
I see no reason that past winners couldn't hop back on if they wanted and have something new to share.

Here are the rules from the original post by mrknife.

Doing another GAW but this one is a little different. I'd sort of like this to be more of a pass around/pay it forward.

I'm going to put all of these in a box and ship to one winner. They may not like all the knives in there or they may. If they do, the giveaway ends there I suppose. But if they don't, I hope they swap the knife they want for a knife or knives they have in their collection that they'd like to pass on to some one else who may find it more enjoyable via a similar giveaway. It'll be on an honor system and I have faith in all of you. It's a variety pack of knives in different costs, so I'm sure everyone will get something they enjoy and want to give a new home.

In order to be considered, please fulfill any of these conditions:
1. be a known member of the Porch (at least a decent amount of meaningful contribution via content or conversation)
2. have donated to the St.Judes Charities/or Bob (hang in there buddy, hope you are doing ok!)
3. have done any sort of giveaway


Just say "I'm in" to be added to the list.
If you want to tell us all which knives you're pining for and what you'd toss in the box as a replacement then have at it. It's a good way to keep the thread going and garner more interest.

I'll do random number drawing on Saturday, April 1st, April Fool's Day.

Plus one small addition.

I want to thank all who have participated in this GAW. I have to say there are many excellent knives to choose from. Several I would have chosen but knowing I never would have used I left for those who win in later rounds. I kept the Bobbitt's Weenie Whacker because I couldn't resist and I like novelties. I also kept the Case medium stockman in CV because of its size, steel, and I like Case.

I added a little Colt, a small Rough Rider stockman, and a Wenger (not sure of model).

Man that was fast Alan thanks for the quick turn around on this. Seems this GAW is back on track. :thumbup:
 
As much as I would like to increase my odds, I don't think it is fair that I am on the list twice:)
 
Thanks Shawn, it's a well made, well packaged little knife. The Buck toothpick is a little larger but similar.

Nice additions that you "traded in". (I think that little Wenger model is called an Esquire.)
Not an entry, since I won a previous round.

I was going to draw tomorrow, but I'll give it to late Sunday and mail it out Monday.
 
I just ran the number generator at random.org and it came up number 30. HeathH is the winner of round 8. Send me your mailing address and I'll get the box out to you tomorrow.
