Gayle Bradley Question?

I am wondering how the texturing on the Cf used on the Gayle Bradley is. The only CF knife I have and have ever handled is the Sage 3 CF. Is there more texturing on the GB than the Sage?

I have never handled a Sage 3, but I'd say it's pretty much the same on the Sage 1 as on the GB.

Definitely, I'm actually carrying mine at work right now. Very good work/hard use knife!

Tastes will vary, but CF doesn't provide enough traction for me. The GB was too slick for me especially for a work knife.

The pattern is different on the GB vs the Sage 3, but I would say traction is identical. Use your best judgment...the GB is awesome, perhaps Spydercos best.

the CF is the same as sage 1,not the best grip but it looks real cool! its probably the best hard use folder spyderco makes.

This one is a combination of forced with an orange and a potato, and just normal use. I have to agree, it does give a blade some character.

Either way it's carbon fiber so even if one is more grippy than the other it will barely be noticeable.

She told me to just get what I want and we can say its from her and my sons. Although last time she got me a knife she couldn't remember what I asked for and just picked one and it turned out to be right.

The CF is pretty smooth, but it doesn't matter much with a handle as ergonomic as the GB. It was designed to be a work knife and excells at that in my experience.

Traction is pretty good but I found mine too shiny. A few light passes with some emery cloth and not so shiny and even a little better grip.
