Just traded into a GB 5.5. I've gotten rid of or put most of my "tactical" blades on the chopping block, I've been on a bushcrafter/Kephart kick lately. I hope to get out this Sunday with it, and put it through it's paces. At first, quick, glance (just picked it up this morning at the PO), I like it. It seems a lot more practical for the average soldier, than carrying the full size GB. I can tell already that the double guard will take some getting used to this weekend, but then this one isn't primarily an outdoors tool
