I have just bought a gb mini hatchet at knife outlet( they are only 82.99) and I was suprised at how small they are. I am thinking about getting another gb axe for falling, limbing, and a little splitting any suggestions?

Those little minis are great backpacking axes when weight is a consideration.

If you can afford it get the GB Forest Axe (25" Shaft IIRC) failing that the #26 Wetterlings (26" Shaft), its superb for felling small trees and Limbing (its intended purpose) It feels very light in the hand and making it go where you want is a breeze.
