GB2/Southard Comparison

Hey guys, I have a question concerning grip comfort between the two mentioned knives. I have fairly small hands for someone 6'0 tall and my beloved Southard is nearly uncomfortable.

I remember my first impression of the GB1 was that I didn't care for the grip much. I really want to like the GB2 because I want to play with some m4 steel and compare against some of my other higher end steels. How would you compare the grips between the Southard and GB2? Did they make the grip more comfortable than the GB1 for someone with smaller hands? Thanks guys

GB2 is a great knife, I have both but prefer Southard, I have small hands and the finger cutout doesn't bother me (I would assume that this is the cause of uncomfortable grip). The GB2 handle is very comfy, it's slightly narrower (the girth) and it fill your without choils or spydie hole cut out, the clip placement is just right so when I hold it, I don't feel the clip, no hot spots.

The GB2's handle is a little thinner and less tall than the GB1. More conventional grip IMO. Would seem to be more small hand friendly but comfort is a personal opinion. Don't know if that helps or not.
