Just saw this searching GEC site after having great luck with my new beer scout addiction. I cannot find any reviews or other details except for these pictures on GEC site. Anyone have one or can point me in the direction of review or more details on these fixed blades?

I have a paring and slicing in bocote . The blade is 3" and stainless 420? The handle is 3
7/8" long and about 1/2 wide and thick. The pins on mine are dommed ( which I like ) feels good in the hand . Think I might of talked my self into using them
