This is actually a give-a-way thread. A give-a-way for a new, ebony, single blade, clip point Charlow.

A couple of things you need to know before you enter the contest. You need to be a regular hereabouts and have a few post under your belt in this sub-forum. If you already own a Charlow please do not enter (I'll trust you). Let another one of us Slipjointers get a chance to own one of these puppies.

I will let the contest run for a week and end it on the evening of September 5th. Winner will be selected by a random number generator. Your post number will be your entry number. If you should post in this thread more that once, only your first post will count as an entry.


(I have been posting lately in that snake pit of BFC, the Political sub-forum. I feel so dirty. This give-a-way is a form of penitence :D)

I am in. I've been wanting a Charlow since I first laid eyes on em, I just happened to fall in love a little too late.
