Hey guys i just ordered a GEC #48 Trapper with 440C, and i was wondering from those of you that have used their 440C how it compares to their 1095 in edge holding and ease of sharpening.

holds an edge quite noticeably better when cutting abrasive media such as manila rope and cardboard, or when skinning game.
