Well, Christmas is almost here, haven't had a new knife in quite a while and my 'traditional' knives have flown the coop so to speak, always partial to wharncliff blades and smaller folders, this Gepetto whittler looks pretty nice, so I upped and ordered one, will report back on arrival.

In the mean time, if any of you guys or gals have one, what's your thoughts and any photos, as always, are appreciated ;)

Gary, you should keep those Traditionals in a more secure environment, can't have them escaping like that:eek::eek::D

In the meantime, Rick launched a review on this very model just recently.

I hope that lovely stag powderhorn didn't fly the coop I couldn't stop looking at that one! If these fine #57s had a main clip or spear blade I would have gotten one over the #85 I just order I'm pretty sure. Then again I've been dreaming of a teardrop jack for sometime now! My mind is worse then any woman's when it comes on deciding!

Congrats. I like the look of the pattern, and feel, honestly, as if I need a decent whittler!

Ya P2, that one flew away as well, and THAT was a very beautiful knife, one I will miss dearly, but, I miss all of them pretty much! And the Gepetto should arrive tomorrow, I'll not get to even see the package as my wife has orders to wrap it up until Christmas morning :( but that's great as we always have trouble getting each other gifts any more, so it's like it's from her and it will be a fun morning opening that up :) Man, I hate waiting! lol
