I didn't think it would happen this quick, but our sweet BF knife has already spawned an altered version.
Cool, but I like our Forum knife better. :D

Nice pattern. I'm holding out for the version with the punch secondary due later this month.
 
I like the "Bullet End" nomenclature. Better than the old "Candle End".

And there will be punches!
 
This knife may get me back on the old Jack knife kick I realy like that "Bullet end".
 
Corey, that's a very nice knife. I like it. I'm gonna be so happy when the forum knife makes it in!! I guess I need to go over to GEC's website and see what's new there. I can't keep up with them. Ed J
 
They updated "What's happening today" with new pics. It looks like the Cocobolo scales will be matched :eek:

I was just enjoying the vintage catalog pictures only thread above and this new #85 looks like it could have leaped right off and landed here! I've said it before and I'm so glad to keep saying it, thank the Almighty for GEC! They just keep bringing the old patterns back and doing it right!

That's a custom knife step, not a production step! Astounding!!
 
Nice looking knife. I like the blade shape, in general, and the long pull and larger swedge on the last two knives.
 
Nice shield on that cocobolo.

I like the the long pull versions better too. And the Northfields have a grooved bolster and cap.
