GEC Boys Knife Clip and Pen blades...... nail nicks

I did a search on the GEC boys knife but really couldn't get an answer regarding the nail nicks on the Clip and pen blade knife.
I know some had problems with the nicks on the spear/pen version but what about the Clip/pen?
If you have a clip/pen model, does the pen blade get in the way of the Clip blades nick?

Nail nick is easy to get to on the clip blade model because of how the blade sits, I haven't had any problems on my clip barlow. It took a while, but I finally mastered D) the art of getting my spear barlow and boys knife open. Not bad at all, after the pull loosens up a bit, it's definitely easier to manipulate the blade.

I have the barlow clip and pen, I would guess it's the same. Very easy to access the clip, no worries at all. To add, I much prefer the clip and pen to be on the mark side so it's a win-win.
